CariFree® Instructions

The CariFree® system is designed to eliminate cavity-causing bacteria and rebuild enamel. Depending on whether you were prescribed an active Treatment Kit (to tackle high bacteria levels) or a Maintenance Kit (for daily protection), you should follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Moderate Risk

AM ROUTINE

STEP 1: Rinse first with 10 mL of Maintenance Rinse. Swish for 60 seconds.

STEP 2: Brush second with PRO Gel 5000 by applying a thin ribbon on your brush. Use this in place of your regular toothpaste. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.

PM ROUTINE

STEP 1: Rinse first with 10 mL of Maintenance Rinse. Swish for 60 seconds.

STEP 1: Rinse first with Treatment Rinse by mixing 5 mL of Solution A with 5 mL of Solution B in the provided mixing cup. Swish for 60 seconds.

STEP 2: Brush second with PRO Gel 5000 by applying a thin ribbon on your brush. Use this in place of your regular toothpaste. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.

TO AVOID STAINING, IT IS IMPORTANT TO WAIT 60 MINUTES BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING.
