We’re excited to have you as a new patient! Our priority is to make you feel comfortable and informed throughout your care. No rushed visits, no guesswork, and no intimidation.
Have questions about treatments, insurance, or what to expect during your visit? We’re here to guide you.
Your first appointment will be a dedicated one-on-one visit with Dr. Kellen Smith or Dr. Marie-Catherine French. We’ll take the time to understand your dental and medical history, listen to your goals, and answer any questions you may have.
We use modern diagnostic tools to give you a clear, detailed understanding of your oral health and treatment options. There’s never any pressure to move forward with treatment. Our priority is making sure you feel informed and confident in whatever decision you make.

We value your time and do our best to make sure every appointment starts and ends on time. Help us prepare for your first visit by using this checklist.
To help speed up your check-in, please complete the New Patient Form and update your Medical History before your first appointment.
You may need to submit Dental Records Release (including X-ray Release) to transfer records from your previous dental clinic. If applicable, please complete and send it before your visit.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan details or benefits card to your first appointment. Our team is happy to help you navigate your coverage and will work with you to make the most of your benefits. You’ll also need to review and provide your consent to our Financial Policy.
We make it easy to stay in touch using whatever communication method you prefer—email, text, or phone. We provide appointment reminders, updates, and helpful follow-ups to support your ongoing care.
Curious about our services, approach to care, or what to expect at your first visit? You’ll find answers to some of the most common questions here. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help!
Each appointment is tailored to your individual needs. We can provide a more accurate estimate once we’ve determined exactly what’s required for your appointment.
Yes! We accept all insurance plans.
We’ll go over the cost of your appointment(s) with you in advance and can discuss payment plan options if needed.
That’s completely okay. We understand that life just takes its course! We’d love to welcome you for a new patient visit, including a gentle examination and cleaning. We’ll take the time to listen to your concerns and assess your oral health, then create a personalized treatment plan that works for you. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident as you get back on track with your dental care.
